As President & CEO of InfoTech, Zorianna has supported multinational corporations, employers, health plans and health professionals in assessing risk, supporting change and evaluating opportunities for action. For over 40 years, Zorianna has been involved in applying technology to support informed decision-making at the corporate, program and public policy levels. As Assistant Deputy Minister, Manitoba Finance and Manitoba Industry, Trade and Technology and Corporate Strategist for IT, Zorianna charted the course for strategic use of technology and its impact on organizations and consumers.
In close collaboration with clients, Zorianna’s personal mission has been to "connect the dots", showing the relationship between risk, productivity and business value. Evaluating global benchmark data on close to 500,000 individuals in employer groups in U.S., Canada, Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific, Zorianna has developed a global model for prospectively evaluating opportunities to reduce risk, support action and track the flow of risk and impact over time. She is honoured to work with some of the most creative and innovative global leaders in health and productivity management research and corporate action.
Zorianna and the company’s accomplishments have been acknowledged by numerous local organizations including: the 2010 HWW Canadian Workplace Wellness Award; the IHPM International Leadership Award in 2010; the YWCA’s Woman of Distinction Award (Business and Professions) in 2002; the "Women of Invention" exhibit at the Manitoba Museum of Man in 1992 featuring 30 women inventors; and the Community Service Achievement Award, from the National Council, Ukrainian Women's Congress also in 1992.
Zorianna has a long history of community volunteerism serving as the president of Carpathia Credit Union, (1990 - 1992) as well as being a long-time board member. She was also the National Co-Chairman, Ukrainian Canadian Centennial Commission; Chairperson of Project 1000: A Celebration of Note (1988): a three concert series featuring premieres of commissioned musical works, participation of composers and performers from Canada, US and Europe; Papal Secretariat and Translator for Pope John Paul II for international transmission through CBC (September 1984); Ukrainian Cultural and Educational Center President (1978-79) and Executive Board member Ukrainian Canadian Committee.
Zorianna is a published author and an international presenter on corporate wellness at numerous international conventions on an annual basis.
