- analysis group - by specifying the business, health or risk characteristics of the group(s) selected
- local country - by selecting the currency, national norms and goals and display of local stats and facts
- specific business group - by adding, for example, actual average salary costs for the extrapolation of profile results to the total population
- sub-groups - by selecting up to nine sub-groups for highlighting across all risk factors.
These report configurations can be set as a standard for all reporting or can be tailored to produce reports that zoom in on specific program and management concerns.
- business unit and country coding (typically through the use of the custom code and/or the site codes and custom demographics as appropriate to identify country, region or business)
- site code (typically used to identify geographic location, even down to a plant level)
- job and work group categories (as identified by responses to the custom demographic questions asked in the "Before you Begin" section.) Categories often used by clients include job level, longevity of career as well as time in current position and other relevant business, benefits or program groupings.
- date and time stamp for each assessment session.
