Wellness Checkpoint® AdminCentral is a restricted-access site which serves as the focal point for all client administration functions.
Access to AdminCentral
To gain access to AdminCentral, each authorized administrator must be pre-registered with an assigned user name and password. Based on the scope of his/her responsibilities at a local, regional or corporate level, each administrator:
is granted access to data for one, or a set of, designated business groups
is granted permissions for specific administrative tasks for each designated business group
In some client implementations, an additional level of control restricts access not only to designated administrators but also to designated workstations, with SecureID e-pass control keys that continuously change allowable access codes.
Report Administration
Report Administration functions include:
configuring Corporate Report Options, including international options, default values for calculation of benefits, and choice of currency and corporate demographics. All options can be revised to generate specific reports that can "dig down" into the data for more details
launching Data BankerLIVE to select a group for analysis and to generate group reports
launching Report Manager to view the group reports that have already been created and are still available for viewing.
Application Administration
Application Administration functions include:
reviewing and revising application configurations, enabling and disabling assessment questions, and setting application preferences
reviewing custom demographic questions
editing site codes and adding new sites as required.
User Administration
Depending on the client's application requirements and the relevant privacy legislation, User Administration functions may be granted to a single designated user/administrator with permissions to:
assign new passwords for users who may have forgotten their password
purge access codes, thereby preventing users from further accessing their data.
NOTE: Such access rights are very rare in InfoTech's client base, although the function is available. When granted, the employee would be required to disclose his/her username, age, gender and specific data to confirm identification. The user/administrator's access to the data is limited exclusively to the creation of new passwords and the purging of identifiers from an individual's profile. It does not include access to profiles or individual data.
Master Administration
Master Administration functions allow registration of new administrators, assignment and change of administrator passwords, and granting of permissions to each authorized administrator for specific groups and administrative functions. InfoTech typically retains the Master Administration functions for client applications.
