  Product & User Experience FAQ

What are some of the product highlights?

The Wellness Checkpoint® health risk assessment is a personal decision support system for the individual, taking into account a comprehensive risk profile that includes lifestyle, health history, risk levels, readiness to change and the realities of life at work and outside of work.

Additionally, it provides corporate measures for organizational profiling, supporting risk management decisions and Six Sigma quality metrics at the operational, business and corporate levels. It considers health risk in the context of work, taking into account organizational stress, work/life balance and organizational change.

Importantly, Wellness Checkpoint® secures privacy at the individual level while measuring, tracking and reporting global corporate indicators.

What happens while the employee navigates through Wellness Checkpoint®?

The questionnaire is displayed one question at a time. Each question is presented based on the participant’s previous responses and taking into account the application’s client-specific optional settings. In this manner, Wellness Checkpoint® provides participants with a tailored questionnaire based on their health and lifestyle status and the requirements and priorities of the application, as determined by the client.

What do employees get once they have completed their Wellness Checkpoint® assessment?

At the completion of the assessment session, the participant immediately has:
  • a personal and confidential, stage based Wellness Profile with tailored feedback on screen and in a printed profile report
  • a Wellness Risk Score that quantifies the relative impact of modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors based on current lifestyle habits as well as personal and family health history
  • an opportunity to set practical, achievable and incremental goals for change and to project the impact of achieving these goals on the overall and component risk scores
  • a personal Goal Checklist focused on immediate short term changes
  • a Personal Portal that adapts itself to the risk, readiness to change and daily realities of the individual's work and home situation to present:
